HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Please note, this is a 19-bedroom villa, and guests have access to only 11 rooms and shared spaces. - This is not a pet-friendly property and has 3–4 resident dogs. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available till 10 PM. - This is a standalone property. - Each unit has its own private pool, accessible only to the guests of that unit. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
