As you step into this private villa near Mumbai, the sheer vastness of the premises will leave you awestruck. This pet-friendly villa near Lonavala has a heated pool, a large lawn, a kids' play area, an indoor games room, a private gym, a terrace and pickleball/badminton court. This luxury private villa near Pawna Lake opens up to a magnanimous double-level living room with a dining area. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor. The TV room is on the ground floor. The gym and games room are on the first floor. There are multiple sit-out spaces across the premises like the picnic table under the mango tree on the lawn, poolside tables, sofas on the lawn, a huge table on the rooftop and alot more. Security Deposit: INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Meal charges: Adults (12+ yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 2000 +GST, Kids (6-12 yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 1500 +GST. Barbeque charges Veg/Non-Veg INR 650 +GST per person. Pet charges: INR 500 +GST per pet, per day. Driver accommodation is available. Charges for the same are Rs. 1000 + GST per person, per night without meals. A refundable deposit may also be applied. If you need the pool water to be heated, it will have an additional charge of Rs 5000 per day. Please contact our team 1 day prior to your stay. There is no AC in the living room (but there is a cooler) and gym. There is a powder bathroom on the ground floor. There is a TV in the TV room and one bedroom on the ground floor. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests during their stay.
