Apartment Laugaras (on the 5th floor) is newly renovated, bright and cozy, ideally located on top of the Laugardalur valley with a spectacular view over Reykjavík city and the surrounding mountains 50 sqm w. one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a large living room. Just a few minutes drive from the Reykjavík town Center and free 24/7 parking just outside the building. There is a bus stop right in front of the building taking you down town in just 7 minutes. Usually there are also electric scooters for sharing outside or within short distance from the apartment building.

We have been in the travel and hospitality industry for several years and welcoming guests is at the heart of what we do. We are living just next door to the apartment and are happy to assist you during your stay. We speak several languages so communication is not a problem.

It is located on top of Laugaras one of the most renowned residential area on top of the lively Laugardalur (Hot Spring Valley) the major center for sports and recreation. There you will find the largest outdoor thermal pool in Reykjavik, the sport Stadium and the Botanical Garden with the hidden gem of Café Flora restaurant, along with the Family Park and Zoo with most Icelandic animals. Supermarkets grocery stores, bakery and frú Lauga the most well known Farmer´s market are also in the neighbourhood.. The Laugaras apartment is next to the camping site and the popular Youth hostel in Laugardalur with complete service for tourists and where the buses stop for pick up to the airports and all the major tourist excursions. Right in front of the building is a bus stop taking you directly to the city center or Kringlan shopping mall within a few minutes. The city center is also reachable in 7 min. by car. Plenty of free parking right in front of the building.
