Grótta Northern Lights Apartments & Rooms is a self-service and self-check-in apartment. Located in a tranquil area of Seltjarnarnes Peninsula which is just 5 minute-driving away from Reykjavik downtown, the apartment is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. In front of the house is the Valhúsahæð park where you have a gorgeous panoramic view of the whole city and Faxaflói bay. From the windows of the rooms, you have a perfect view of the Grotta Lighthouse which is located just 1.5 km away. On beautiful days, our guests usually walk there to enjoy the gorgeous view of the Faxafloi Bay, and if the night sky is clear, it is a perfect location to spot some northern lights in Reykjavik.
