A cozy studio near the central area in Reykjavik (104) all the necessary appliances, private bathroom.
Quiet neighbourhood near the Laugardalur park, a wonderful place with the Botanical garden, small zoo, and the largest swimming pool in Iceland. Laugardalur is also known to be the main centre of sports activities in Reykjavik and is a home to many sports facilities such as Laugardalsholl Arena and Laugardalsvollur Stadium.
Bar and restaurants, bakery is around 10-15 minutes minutes walk from the property. As well as nearest small grocery store is 2-5 minutes walking distance away.
