Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

We have 4 bedrooms in our house, Master bedroom has King Size bed (180x200cm) , second bedroom has double bed (140x200cm), third bedroom has bunk bed (2x 100x200cm) and fourth bedroom has double bed (140x200cm) and two single beds (90x200cm) if needed, from the fourth bedroom we have nice balcony. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. In the laundry room we have washing machine and dryer. From the living room you can enter our wooden patio, with Basketball hoop and BBQ.

Neighbourhood information

The house in located in the popular part of town called Vesturbær, it's only 1km walk to Reykjavik city centre. It's also within walking distance from a swimming pool (Vesturbæjarlaug), coffee shop (Kaffihús Vesturbæjar), and the famous bakery, Brauð&co. It’s also close to a beautiful walking path (Ægissíða) along the sea. We have private parking on our property so you can walk around town and it's easy to drive outside of Reykjavik from the apartment, golden circle, south coast etc. It's 45 min away from the Keflavik airport without traffic.
