Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). Delightful recently renovated apartment, about three km from the center of Sestri Levante and the beaches. Immersed in the greenery of the first hills of the town, the house offers an enchanting atmosphere of peace and a splendid view from which you can also see the sea. Ideal accommodation for visiting Sestri and other locations such as Portofino and Santa Margherita, Moneglia and Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour's journey. Apartment located on the first floor of a two-story building NOT equipped with a lift, consisting of a living room equipped with two sofas, one of which can be opened and can be used by two people as a bed, TV, dining table and a pellet stove. Separated from the living room you will find a kitchen, modern and equipped with everything needed to prepare and consume meals during the living room: second dining table, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge and freezer, coffee and moka machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and washing machine, which can be used during the stay. There is a drying rack for laundry. A French window provides access to a long terrace that goes from the kitchen to the second bedroom from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the hills and the sea. Proceeding you will find the first and second bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. Finally there is the bathroom, complete with sanitary ware and large shower. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied by us for the number of people booked, included in the price. Pets are allowed but only dogs, no cats, with a surcharge. The apartment is located on the first hill of Sestri, before Casarza Ligure, 3.8 from the center of Sestri, 3.2 from the Riva Ponente beach in Riva Trigoso and 4 km from the Baia del Silenzio beach in Sestri Levante, delicious and enchanting pearl set in the village, with its characteristic colorful houses overlooking a few meters from the sea. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train it is possible to reach and visit the other renowned locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto in the opposite direction up to reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest aquarium in Europe. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and lovers of nature and trekking: on the hills there is in fact a dense network of paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty over the Gulf to the Portofino promontory.
