Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax The municipality of Deiva Marina applies a tourist tax, from March 1st to October 31st, of 1,50EURO per night per person over the age of 10. Maximum number of taxable nights 7. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared: 10EURO per night will be required for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15:00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Apartment located a few meters from the seafront and the beaches of Deiva Marina, ideal for your holidays in the Riviera del Levante. If you want to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre or the Gulf of Tigullio from Sestri Levante to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino, the property is an excellent point of arrival and departure. Wi-Fi and PRIVATE PARKING included in the booking. Apartment located on the ground floor of a four-room building with a shared courtyard and private parking. Upon entering, you will immediately find yourself in a bright and welcoming living area that includes a side where you can relax with two sofas and a television and on the other side a modern open kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: dining table, hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, kitchen utensils and dishes as well as an electric kettle and a washing machine available for the stay. Continuing you will find the two bedrooms of the house: the total beds are in fact 5 divided into a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. You can therefore choose it for your family holidays or in groups of friends. Finally, the bathroom is complete with sanitary ware and a large recently renovated shower. Wi-Fi connection is available. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans. Instead, a PRIVATE PARKING is available inside the courtyard of the building, at no additional cost. Animals are not allowed. For waste, you will find public bins along the street of the building. The entrance to the building, the courtyard and the parking area are shared areas with other guests/tenants: we therefore ask you to respect the neighborhood by limiting noise outside and inside the house after 10 pm and to park your car exactly in the place indicated to you without using other parking spaces.

The location of the house offers a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility to the main services: in a few minutes walk you can reach the ancient historic center full of alleys in typical Ligurian style, or the splendid Deiva seafront, the sea and the beaches. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops, supermarkets, typical restaurants and bars, ideal for enjoying the local cuisine and experiencing the relaxed atmosphere of the town. If you are a sports lover, among the most frequent activities on the beaches of Deiva are diving: the water is particularly clear and rich in marine fauna. If you are an expert diver, entering the depths of the bay of Deiva, about 500 m from the coast you can find the wreck of the tugboat Vittoria, a vessel built in the 1930s and sunk during the Second World War. Trekking in Deiva Marina is also one of the main activities, as on the hills surrounding the town it is possible to follow numerous paths that allow you to get lost in the Mediterranean scrub and observe glimpses of landscapes and the coast of incredible beauty. The location of Deiva Marina and the presence of the train station, which is 400 meters from the house, make it an ideal point to explore different Ligurian locations reachable in short car trips or even more comfortably by train. Just a few kilometers away you will find one of the most famous places in Liguria: The Cinque Terre, a UNESCO world heritage site, reachable in 20 minutes by train. Traveling less than 5km you can visit the town of Moneglia, a charming coastal town located a few km south of Deiva Marina. Moneglia offers a sandy beach and a characteristic historic center with cobbled streets and an authentic atmosphere. Other locations always reachable with short trips are Sestri Levante, Chiavari, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.
