Villa distributed on two floors and with a large outdoor space equipped with patio, sun loungers and barbecue area, located in Casarza Ligure, 15 minutes by car from the sea and the beaches of Sestri Levante. Ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature but just a few minutes from all the services and to visit Sestri and the other famous places of the Gulf of Tigullio. Free private parking for cars and motorbikes, air conditioning in the bedrooms, barbecue and Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Going up a short series of steps you will arrive at the entrance on the first floor, characterized by a bright and large living area, divided into a living room with a sofa bed for two people and one for one person, SMART TV and dining table and a splendid open kitchen. modern and equipped with everything you may need to cook and eat your meals during your stay. Two French windows provide access to a balcony equipped with a table and chairs with a beautiful view of the hills and the city of Casarza. Also on the first floor you will find the first bathroom of the house, complete with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single sofa bed and the second with another double bed. The third bedroom is a study room with a desk and a sofa bed for two people. Here, as in the second bedroom, you will find a balcony with an outdoor table. There is also a cot for children (0-2 years). Next to the bedrooms you will also find the second bathroom, always complete with sanitary ware and a shower with hydromassage and sauna functions, iron and ironing board. The heating for the winter months is autonomous. Outside under the porch, you will also find a washing machine. There are also two outdoor showers. The linen is provided by us for the number of people in the reservation and is included in the price. If you have special needs for the preparation of the beds, please do so in advance. Animals are NOT allowed.

The closest beach is Renà in Riva Trigoso, which is about 8 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic position, not far from the town center and therefore convenient to all the main services. The area is in fact well served by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, ensuring comfort and convenience for residents and visitors. The hills around Casarza Ligure, characterized by olive groves and vineyards, create a picturesque landscape that will envelop you with its colors and scents, giving you moments of pure serenity and relaxation. The crystalline waters of Liguria invite you to practice a wide range of water sports. You can try snorkeling, scuba diving to explore the seabed or rent a boat for a relaxing day at sea. The area is also an ideal destination for lovers of trekking and nature with various paths that wind along the hills and promontories overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy incredible views surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub. From here you can also move towards Varese Ligure, reachable in about 30 minutes by car, and visit the Ligurian hinterland, such as Val di Vara.
