L'agriturismo è in posizione strategica per raggiungere Lucca , La Versilia , La Garfagnana e Pisa . Gli appartamenti sono in stile rustico sia nell'arredamento che per la ristrutturazione eseguita per mantenere il più possibile le caratteristiche di un tempo. Soggiornando è possibile usufruire delle convenzioni con gli stabilimenti di Terme di Bagni di Pisa e Terme di Grotta giusti raggiungibili in 45/60 minuti di viaggio. Su richiesta in struttura è possibile gustare un aperitivo o una cena tipica .
