The "Montecchi" Apartment is located in the central and always lively Via Cappello, 20 meters from Juliet's Balcony and close to all the major attractions in the center of Verona. At the check-in I'll ask you to pay the tourist tax (only cash). It is 2,50 euros person/night for a maximum of 5 nights. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one room has outside bathroom) and a shared kitchen, equipped with the necessary for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. There is air conditioning. At the time of check-in you will be asked to pay (in cash) the city tax (2.50 Euro per person per night). The tax is applied up to a maximum of 5 nights per person / per month. It will be mandatory to sign the touristic rental contract as required by Italian law. Apartment nestled in the heart of Verona between historical and interesting places such as the Arena, Piazza Erbe, Juliet's balcony and places where you can have an aperitif and eat something typical. Via Cappello is a pedestrian street in the ZTL area (limited traffic area) and for this reason it is not possible to access it by car. For those arriving by car: I recommend using the access zones to the ZTL area to park and unload any luggage, while for a longer stay I recommend covered parking spaces.
