Our structure, only a few steps away on foot from the main beach ( the "secondary" beach is reachable, again on foot, in less than five minutes...) and only three minutes away from the bar/restaurant/pizzeria ,located right in the center of the village, with the name of "il Maestrale" (closed, usually, in autumn and winter...), is completely independent (the neighboring houses are located about fifteen meters around ours. ..) and immersed in a private garden of over sixty years old shady plants that also offers a reserved parking area where you can leave your car, a relaxation area ( where, by the way, there is also a large barbecue to prepare tasty dinners of fish, meat or vegetables..) and a laundry area (where you can also take an outdoor hot shower ,in case you wanted...). Composed of two bedrooms (the first ,double with a splendid view of the sea and, the second , twin or double with a relaxing view of the green garden ...), wisely divided by a bathroom complete with every kind of service (shower, sink and bidet), it presents a large fully equipped kitchen (we, normally, live there all year round ,so it presents every kind of accessory in order to be able to live there functionally . ..), a large living/dining room overlooking the sea and the main outdoor terrace which is a little added pearl ,as it is able to accommodate a life of reading in relaxation, a breakfast to start the day, a lunch under the shelter of shade curtains and a dinner to enjoy the sunset over the sea that every evening is always different from the previous evening...
