The rooms available are three, characterized by a singular design resulting from the desire to make the experience of each guest unique, comfortable and refined. Each room is nominally distinguished according to the chromatic theme, and is equipped with: double bed, personalized entrance key, private bathroom with shower, window overlooking the Gulf of Palermo and, two out of three, a private balcony with chairs and table. Included are wi-fi, desk, bed linen, towel and, on request, breakfast service in the morning.

Without needing to be biased, it is objectively difficult to imagine a geographically more versatile solution than that enjoyed by the rooms and the apartment, and this always represents an added value of priceless importance and usefulness. Located in a touristic area perfect for visiting every part of the city of Palermo with ease, the condominium in question is only 650m on foot from the Massimo Theater in Piazza Verdi, 1.1km from the Politeama Garibaldi Theater in Piazza Castelnuovo, 1.1km from the Quattro Canti, 1.5km from the Cathedral of Palermo, 800m from the Vucciria Market and 1.6km from the Ballarò Market, as well as 1.9km from the Central Railway Station and only 800m from Piazza Sturzo and its AMAT public transport terminal that depart, among other destinations, in the direction of well-known seaside resorts such as Mondello, Capo Gallo and Sferracavallo. For other destinations such as the suburbs or the province (for example Cefalù or Monreale), the reference point is the Central Railway Station (1.9km walk from the front door, or five to six minutes by bus from a stop 250m away from home), terminus of trams, trains and provincial and regional bus lines.

Our neighborhood, the so-called "Mandamento Porto", is clearly one of the oldest in the city of Palermo from its name.
