This charming rural complex, built on the site of a 16th-century mill, combines history, nature, and modern comfort. It offers three independent rooms, each with a private bathroom and refrigerator. Guests can request an additional paid service for room tidying and/or linen change. ARENARIA room, the most spacious, features a double bed, bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, and toilet, a private terrace, a second shared terrace and an assigned parking space. MATERA room accommodates up to 3 people with a double bed and a single bed; bathroom with shower, bidet, and toilet. There is NO parking space. GRANITO room is ideal for 2 guests, with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, bidet, and toilet. There is NO parking space. All guests have access to a shared garden and panoramic terrace with tables and deckchairs, as well as a bright living area. NB: A staircase of at least 10 steps must be climbed to reach the complex.
