Lovely studio directly on the sea, overlooking the iconic Terrazza Mascagni, which enjoys a unique 180 ° view of the seafront with private parking, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

You will find yourself directly on the seafront of Livorno, in the most beautiful part overlooking the beautiful Terrazza Mascagni, with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean Sea, just 5 minutes away is the Livorno Aquarium, less than 10 minutes walk the Naval Academy, the Central Market can be easily reached by the LAM BLU BUS Line which stops in front of the house or less than 10 minutes with the bikes we offer to our guests or 20 minutes with a pleasant walk.
