In the historical “Residenza Juvarra” you will find our loft . It is strategically located on the corner of the famous Via Garibaldi, which leads directly to Piazza Castello and all the main tourist attractions. It is located in an area full of bars, restaurants . The flat, thanks to its comforts, is suitable for all kinds of trips. The space The flat is located on the first floor of the period building, right where the inner courtyard of the condominium stands, and can be reached by staircase or lift. You will immediately find the living area with a kitchen, a double sofa bed, and a loft bed, a Smart TV with streaming services, a dining table, a wardrobe with pillows, linen, blankets and space to store your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine. Complete set of pots, cutlery, plates glasses, glasses and all necessary utensils. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster and juicer are also at your disposal. In the modern bathroom you will find a shower cubicle, sanitary facilities and a mirror with light. There will also be a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and a set of towels. The loft is complete with Wi-Fi and hot/cold air conditioning. Access for guests Guests will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation. There is a lift to make it easier to transport suitcases or bags. A few metres away you will find secure underground parking, or street parking in the neighbouring streets. Other things to keep in mind To embellish the accommodation, in the small balcony overlooking one of the small historic streets in the centre of Turin, you will find a small table to enjoy breakfast or a good aperitif and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

The district is right in the centre, and as you leave you will find yourself in the historic Via Garibaldi, where there is no shortage of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and all the shops to enjoy some good shopping. A few steps take you to Piazza Castello, Turin's second largest square, surrounded by characteristic arcades, where you will find the Royal Palace, Teatro Regio, Palazzo Madama and the Royal Church of San Lorenzo. Please note that for late check-in from 21.00 onwards, a supplement of 25 euro is required. In case you need luggage storage, we do note that it is only upon availability and an extra charge of 5 euro per day per bag will be required.
