Very close to the "Parco Leonardo" train station, the apartment can be reached in less than 10 minutes from Rome International Airport (FCO) and in less than 20 minutes from Rome city center. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant building of recent construction and has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is comfortably fitted: 50” Smart-TV, ultra-fast fiber internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, independent heating, air conditioning, Jacuzzi and panoramic sunroom where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Parco Leonardo is a human scale neighborhood, equipped with all services. Overlooking on a quiet pedestrian area, the neighborhood is served by a big Mall, a multiplex cinema, a games room, a Bingo hall, bars and restaurants. Parco Leonardo is located in a strategic position between Fiumicino International Airport and the Rome Fair, Commercity to which it is connected through the FS railway station and the Rome-Fiumicino motorway junction. Thanks to this exceptional network of connections, it is possible to reach Rome city center in less than 20 minutes and Fiumicino beaches in 10. The apartment can be easily reached by car, or by taxi, from the Rome - Fiumicino highway or via Portuense. A few minutes walk away there is also the FS railway station (to and from the airport and from and to Rome) and many Cotral bus stops. Parco Leonardo is also connected with Fiumicino and with Rome by a beautiful cycle path that runs along the Tiber embankment and allows you to fully experience the Roman countryside nature, through unforgettable walks by bicycle or on foot.
