Located in one of the most secluded valleys of Maremma, just 15 km from the most famous beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and Cala Violina of the Tuscan Archipelago, Gio Toscana offers a unique farm stay experience. Gio Toscana is composed of 3 tastefully and comfortably decorated, fully furnished and independent apartments, private gardens and terraces, as well as a shared swimming pool with a spectacular view. 1) MANOR I: First floor couples apartment with a private entrance. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen plan living room with a sofa bed and a small balcony. 2) MANOR II: Organised on a ground level as a family home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen plan living room with a sofa bed and a large terrace. 3) MANOR III: Organised on 2 levels (ground floor and 1st floor) as a large family home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a large kitchen and a large terrace. Gio Ranch is a western style horseback riding ranch within the estate providing unique horseback riding experience for riders of all levels as well as horse boarding facilities for riders with their own horses.

Gio Toscana is an active farming estate with 44 hectares of land composed of arable land, olive grove, forest as well as famous hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding trails on the ancient Etruscan trail. The farm estate is conveniently located within short driving distance from Castiglione della Pescaia and the most beautiful beaches of the southern Tuscany. The area is full of exclusive wine estates, charming hill top villages as well as well known national parks of Tuscany. Famous Tuscan towns of Siena, Volterra, San Gimingano as well as Islands of Elba and Giglio could all be easily explored during your stay.
