The Case Graziani country house is located near Lake Trasimeno, on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Its position is perfect to explore Umbria’s most beautiful cities - Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi, Città della Pieve, Castiglione del Lago – and wonderful Tuscan hamlets such as Montepulciano. The agriturismo was born from the renovation of a main house from the 1700's and an old mill for olive pressing and tool storage, belonging to the Graziani family. Please note that the apartments are sold individually so even if you book more than one apartment, the external and internal area of ​​each apartment remains reserved only for the number of guests staying in a specific apartment. It is forbidden to move tables and chairs to join internal and external areas of the structure, this service is not included in the booking.
