The Colle Regnano farmhouse is surrounded in the green rolling hills of Macerata, overlooking the Sibillini mountains, in a wonderful panoramic position at 400 meters above sea level. The farmhouse was born 15 years ago, from the renovation of the family farmhouse, typical of the Marche countryside in the mid-nineteenth century. It allows you to stay in a healthy and conscious way because it has been renovated in full respect of the environment, with the use of natural materials and with techniques of green building and bio-ecological architecture. particular attention to the use of renewable sources, energy-saving and proper waste management. the collection of rainwater and the phyto-purification system allows us to irrigate the vegetable garden and the garden. The farm has about 10 hectares of land dedicated to organic crops: olive groves, vineyards, cereals and vegetable garden for the exclusive use of the restaurant.
