The apartment has one room with a matrimonial bed, one bathroom and one fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, coffee maker with filter, cutlery, dishes, pots. Are provided the linens for bed and bath. The apartment is also equipped with the heating system but not with the cooling system; this is not a problem, because the position and the structure of the building assure a comfortable temperature also in the summer. There is also the SAT LCD-Television set and the WLAN Internet connection. On the lawn in front of the apartment with a wonderful overlooking to the lake are available a private table with six chairs and a porch swing. The maximum capacity is two persons.

The whole area is in the Park “Alto Garda Bresciano” and offers endless possibilities for excursions. For the fans of the sport there is the possibility of trekking, mountain biking, water sports. The most ancient golf of Italy (Golf Bogliaco) is ca. 700 m from. Our house is situated in a small fraction of Gargnano, named Fornico, situated in the hills above the lake (180 m).
