Agriturismo La Maestà is a country house dating back to the 1400s, located in the middle of an uncontaminated natural environment, in the heart of Umbria, a few kilometers from the town center of Foligno, in the small village of Carpello. The House is subject to the constraint of Cultural Heritage to preserve its original beauty; our guests can walk on the original terracotta floors and rest under ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The eight rooms have been renovated keeping their own personality, to make our guests feel at home. On the first floor there is the Sala del Camino where guests love to relax and enjoy the pleasure of a good wine. The restaurant is located on the veranda with large windows and a fireplace.

The farmhouse La Maestà is surrounded by nature, but a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Foligno and offers a strategic position to discover and learn about the wonderful territory of Umbria, which goes from Spoleto to Perugia, passing through Assisi. Umbria is in fact the perfect place to visit ancient villages and the most beautiful cities of art. Near La Maestà there is a sports center with tennis and not far away you can play golf. In collaboration with the Valle del Menotre Outdoor & Fun hiking center, we can offer excursions on horseback, by quad and by bike, immersed in the beautiful natural setting of the Valle del Menotre. Just 6 kilometers from the La Maesta Farm, set in a heavenly natural territory, is the Abbey of Sassovivo, founded in the second half of the eleventh century by Benedictine monks. For an excursion between sacred and nature: you will also find an ancient spring and some paths that lead into the centuries-old holm oak that lies beneath the complex.
