The rural guesthouse "La Semente" was created as a spin-off of Angsa Umbria Onlus, now a Foundation. It is a place where vulnerable individuals can be integrated into an agricultural setting as actual employees of a social cooperative. These men and women are able to earn a salary, but above all, to gain their own dignity and work autonomy, challenging themselves and improving with the support of a tutor and colleagues. By visiting us, it will be our pleasure to introduce you to our reality, and for you, an opportunity to immerse yourself consciously in this world!

The rural guesthouse "La Semente" is run by a Social Cooperative that helps integrate people with autism and Asperger's syndrome into the workforce. The farmhouse accommodation is located in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by about 10 hectares of land used for growing vegetables, fruit trees, and beekeeping. Thanks to this, we produce our own goods and provide employment for our workers! The rooms at the agriturismo are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, minibar, and hairdryer. In front of the building, there is a beautiful lawn with a wooden gazebo, tables, and chairs, available to guests for relaxing outdoors. Additionally, there is a sunbathing area with lounge chairs and umbrellas where guests can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet. On the upper floor, you can appreciate the stunning Umbrian landscape, particularly the valley of Mount Subasio, from a spacious terrace.

The rural guesthouse "La Semente" is located in Limiti, in the municipality of Spello, a town that hosts the famous "Infiorate" flower festivals in June. Nearby is Cannara, renowned for its Onion Festival, a nationally celebrated event held at the beginning of September. Also very popular is "La Quintana," an exciting medieval jousting festival that takes place in Foligno during the first half of June. The rural guesthouse is just a few kilometers from the Monte Subasio Park and some of the most beautiful towns and art cities of the region, such as: Spello (6 km), Bevagna (10 km), Foligno (11 km), Assisi (16 km), Montefalco (18 km), Trevi (25 km), Campello sul Clitunno (26 km), Perugia (30 km), Spoleto (40 km), Todi (47 km), and Gubbio (67 km).
