My family and I will welcome you with joy and courtesy, making you experience the best of every moment of your stay. A 'Podere Ranciano Alto ", take a step back in time. In 2002 my family and I decided to renovate this house which since 1730 has been inhabited by our ancestors. The work was done with care, paying particular attention to keep the details of the past. Entering each apartment you can see beds, furniture and antiques that will transport you into an atmosphere and a world that now seems distant. Here, from father to son were handed down traditions, stories and values that we seek today to forward and tell those who come to visit. Look out the window of your apartment you can admire the lake Trasimeno, harmonious and colorful hills that surround it and if you're lucky you may encounter during a walk squirrels, rabbits and other animals that will delight your children. Podere Ranciano Alto is located between Umbria and Tuscany and allows you easy access to many popular locations (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona, Siena). If instead of going around the area you prefer to stay in cycling and walking to the Umbrian countryside or along the lake Trasimeno.
