At Fattoria Settepassi you will find a youthful, lively and accommodating staff. Our goal is guest satisfaction, we want to make you feel at home but with care and professionalism. We like to talk to you, suggest places to visit, make you smile or laugh. We are surrounded by expanses of greenery, woods, paths where you will meet herons, ducks and hawks. This may be why good humor cannot be missing!

Located in the heart of Tuscany, Agriturismo Settepassi is a hub between wonderful cities of art, such as Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pistoia and Pisa.
The structure is divided into 3 main areas:
The B&B, the swimming pool and the events area.
The swimming pool has an area reserved for B&B customers (free use), but can also be used by external customers (for a fee).
The events area mostly deals with ceremonies, and this can mean that during the weekend, there is some good music in the background.
Rooms and apartments offer Free WiFi, wardrobe, TV, private bathroom, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, air conditioners and heating.
Every morning at the farm you can enjoy a continental and Italian breakfast, with local specialities, fresh pastries and fruit.
You can spend time in the common areas, such as the garden, the veranda and the children's play area.
