The Residence "AL 13 VERDE" is in a modern building, located inside a private area, completely renewed by the owners according to the most modern standards, in the beautiful central area of Stresa, retiring, surrounded by greenery and quiet. It consists of 2 apartments: #1 studio flat and #1 flat apartment. Each apartment, about 40 square meters, is completely new, with laminated wood floor, new windows in PVC. The access to the apartments forsees 5 steps at the entrance and one flights of stairs.
