Here you can immerse yourself in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, enjoying a charming view of the greenery surrounding our property, spread over 7 terraces bordered by vineyards. Just 2 km away, you'll find the beach and the lively city center of Finalpia, easily accessible by bicycle along a pleasantly flat road or with a short walk of 20/25 minutes. The village of Finalborgo is 5 km away (about 1 hour on foot and 20 minutes by bike via a flat road). To reach the property, you'll need to walk a short pedestrian path (100m) and climb 15 steps, as our villa is spread over multiple levels on a terrain rich in fruit trees and vineyards. But don't worry, the little effort will be greatly rewarded by the serenity and beauty of our environment. Just 200 meters from the property, you'll find convenient public parking. The train station is 3.5 km away (7 minutes by car, 40 minutes on foot, and 12 minutes by bike).

The small establishment is managed by an avid mountain biking enthusiast (a former guide) and an expert connoisseur of the area, along with his wife. Their young children will also be at home.
