We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Located on the second floor in a building with a lift, in the apartment we find a welcoming living area with dining table, sofa that can be opened and used as a bed for one or two people and a TV. The kitchen is new and equipped with induction hobs, microwave oven, fridge and freezer and coffee maker. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything that can be used for guests' meals and breakfasts. A maximum of 4 guests can stay in this apartment. In the double bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, you will find two bedside tables, a wardrobe where you can store your personal effects and there are blackout curtains. The modern and finely furnished bathroom like the rest of the house is made up of bathroom fixtures, a large and comfortable shower and a washing machine that can be used during the stay. Clean linen (sheets and towels) is rented from a certified linen company with each stay and is included in the price. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free WI-FI service. The apartment does not have private parking but free parking for cars and motorbikes is available nearby. Animals are not allowed.
