The swimming pool, for shared use, is accessible from June 1st to September 30th and open every day from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lifeguard service is available from June 15th to September 15th PLEASE NOTE: - The building does NOT have a lift; there are therefore steps to take.

Property information

Two apartments of 55 sqm (for 4 guests) and 70 sqm (for guests), both located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The property is located within the residence Aldiola, in Porto Rotondo, in an ideal setting for holidays, with reserved parking space and access to the communal pool. A perfect base to discover the beautiful beaches of the area. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom. The apartments have all the main services/ equipment: TV, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, moka, kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils, portable fan, drying rack and hairdryer. Inside the residence there is a reserved parking space, open and also suitable for large vehicles. The communal pool is open from 1 June to 30 September and is open every day from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The swimmers service is available from 15 June to 15 September. ATTENTION: - The building is NOT equipped with a lift; there are therefore steps to be taken.

The property is located within the Residence Aldiola, in Porto Rotondo, an elegant tourist resort in the north-east of Sardinia, in the municipality of Olbia. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in the area, such as Spiaggia Ira, with white sand and crystal clear waters, or the quieter Spiaggia dei Sassi, surrounded by nature. The center of Porto Rotondo, with its well-kept squares, including the famous Piazzetta San Marco, is home to luxury boutiques, restaurants and cafes, offering a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Among the places not to be missed are also the Church of San Lorenzo, an original contemporary work of art, and the tourist port, a starting point for boat trips and nautical activities. During the summer, the village comes alive with cultural events, exhibitions and open-air concerts.
