公司信息
We are Claudia and Lorenzo, and together with our three children we live at Molino Maufet, a historic watermill lovingly restored and brought back to life.
We decided to open the doors of this unique place to share its history and the atmosphere it offers in every season. Our hospitality is warm yet discreet: we will be happy to welcome you and suggest itineraries and experiences around Lake Como, while always respecting your privacy.
Guests can enjoy not only the comfort of their accommodation but also the 4,000 m² garden with fruit trees and aromatic herbs, as well as visit the mill itself, which preserves centuries of history.

周边信息
Molino Maufet is located in the historic hamlet of Villatico, the oldest part of Colico, in a hilly and panoramic position overlooking Lake Como.
The neighbourhood has preserved its authentic charm: the ancient Church of San Bernardino, the old washhouse, and the narrow stone lanes lead directly to the mill, creating a unique and picturesque setting.
The road from Colico Piano up to Villatico is fully paved and two-way; only the last 20 meters are narrower, but still accessible even for vans and small trucks.
Guests have access to one parking space per apartment (unassigned, standard size). In addition, there is a free public parking lot just 30 meters away.
The area is quiet and peaceful, yet the centre of Colico with shops, restaurants and the train station is only a few minutes away by car or about a 10-minute walk (uphill on the way back).
