We provide our guests with free private parking both at the house and directly on the beach so that they can enjoy the sea in complete relaxation without having to worry about parking near the sea (parking in Liguria is a nightmare !). The house consists of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed and pull-out bed, 3 double bedrooms (one of them with the possibility of a 3-square bed), 2 bathrooms, a private swimming pool for sole use and a wonderful roof terrace with sea views. The villa is 3 km from the sea by car, 600 m as the crow flies. Poggi is a small village located about 2.5 km from the sea. Imperia is made up of 12 hamlets and despite offering all the services of a city, it retains the charm of a small town: each village has its own church, its own square and its own small shops.
