One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer all your questions about the apartment and the area. Upon your arrival, our concierge will welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay. Upon departure, we will be there to bid you farewell and ensure everything has been perfect. The service is also available through chat for quick and personalized assistance. Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:00. Arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30 incur a supplement of 50,00 E. A security deposit of 150 E is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded by bank transfer within 3-10 days, provided there are no damages. DesenzanoLoft is an Italian, independent, and locally-run company.
