This large apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the pine forest. Equipped with all comforts, including Air Condition/Heating, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WI-FI and bicycles for guests with which you can reach in a few minutes the beach, the port and the famous Promenade called "Passeggiata Margherita". Completely renovated recently, following a modern and welcoming atmosphere, It offers an unique setting, ideal location for families, couples or friends! The apartment, located at the second floor in a small and quiet condominium, has two double bedrooms (one with the possibility of adding a child's bed or a baby cot - available on request-), a third bedroom with bunk bed, a large living room with two sofas, two bathrooms and it is surrounded by large balconies with deck chairs for sunbathing. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment and to the four balconies. In addition they will benefit from 3 BICYCLES FOR FREE! Others bikes are available on request (if they were not available for free, we can offer you a rental service at special rates). A free car parking is available in the street and in the square in front of the condominium
We are an italian couple, dad and mom of 2 boys, who loves hosting and travelling. When we travel, we like to live as much like a local as possible: eat at the off-the-beaten track places, discover unknown gems and 'live' in a cool neighborhood for a while. For this reason we decided to share our apartment and our knowledge of Viareggio, our wonderful Versilia and Tuscany with guests coming from all over the world! We are excited to meet you and to offer you a warm welcome!
The apartment is located in a residential area, where in just a few minutes walk you can find all the shops for any your needs. By bike you can easily reach, through a wonderful pine forest, the famous free beach called “Lecciona” (in the Natural Park Migliarino San Rossore) or the seaside resorts (with swimming pools, restaurants, beach tennis, volleyball and soccer areas). The city center is easily reached in 5 minutes by bike (15 minutes on foot), where you can find the famous promenade with its shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas and book shops. From Viareggio station (7 minutes far by car), it's easy to take trains to the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany (only a 20 minutes journey to Pietrasanta, Pisa, Lucca, 60 minutes to Florence or the Cinque Terre).
