La Casa di Edo is a large, charming and bright three-room apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the Fair with a private garage. It is located in a small and quiet condominium context as it overlooks an internal courtyard and is served by a large lift that can also be used by people with motor disabilities. The apartment is completely and modernly furnished, air conditioned, with independent heating and equipped with all appliances. There are 2 TVs and the WI-FI connection is unlimited and free and has parquet in both the living area and the sleeping area. It is composed of a generous living room with open space kitchen, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with window, a closet and a balcony. It is strictly forbidden to use the apartment as a meeting place/house (please remember that by law access to unregistered persons is prohibited during check-in). In the LIVING ROOM there is a comfortable sofa bed with a double mattress and a 55-inch smart TV. The KITCHEN is equipped with all appliances: oven, stove, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, water boiler and dishwasher. There are utensils and table sets for 4 people: pots, baking dishes, cutlery, salad bowls, plates, glasses, cups, mugs and much more. The tap water is drinkable and controlled. There is a table with 4 chairs and there are placemats and tea towels, and you will find cleaning products. The BEDROOM has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with various hangers inside and a 32 inch ceiling TV. You will find duvets, sheets, pillowcases and pillows. The BATHROOM has recently been renovated, with windows and a large walk-in shower. It is equipped with a set of towels, shower mats, toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, intimate cleanser, a beauty kit, a hairdryer and a weighing scale. There is also a first aid kit and thermometer. In the CLOSET/LAUNDRY ROOM there is an exposed shoe rack, a washing machine and you will find everything you need to wash and/or clean. The GARAGE is private and therefore always available and free. Possibility to park on the street for free.
