Guests have complete autonomy and privacy. We at Antica Rocca Dorotea do not intend to disturb or invade the space of our beloved guests However, we are available for any eventuality, should there be a need! House Manual: 1. For bookings of 8 or more days, cleaning and linen change are available every 4 days, if requested by guests; cleaning products are also provided. 2. As this is a short-term rental, it will be necessary to register the guests' arrival with the public security authorities. Therefore, before your arrival, you must send a photo of one of your identification documents (ID card, passport, etc.) for all guests who will be staying at the property. 3. Here in Salerno, waste separation is mandatory by law. Guests will be provided with all necessary information to comply, as well as materials for separating waste as described by law. We trust in the cooperation of guests to respect these fundamental rules. In case of persistent violations, we may have to report them to the platform. 4. The keys are paired with a magnetic card. Please note that the removal of the card or any alteration of the keys will be subject to a penalty. Generally, our swimming pools are open seasonally, usually from April 15th to October 15th. These dates are subject to slight variations based on weather conditions to ensure you have the best possible experience.

The Outstanding "Antica Rocca Dorotea" is a blend of rustic charm and contemporary design. The structure offers guests a welcoming and stylish experience. The entire space was renovated last year, and is equipped with brand new comforts, new systems and modern finishes, as well as latest generation furnishings! The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and every kind of necessity that you may need during your stay! A flight of stairs leads to the house: at the entrance you will find a spacious living area, organized as an Open Space, where there is a fireplace, left intact during the works (and still functioning), the internal dining table to have lunch, enjoy a nice dinner or a quiet lunch, in company; and a comfortable sofa bed. Divided by an island, the kitchen has been completely modernized with everything you might need during your stay. From this area, consisting of a living room-kitchen, you access the terrace, equipped for lunches, dinners and aperitifs and from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Salerno, the Castle of Arechi and almost the entire city centre. Inside the Living Area there is also air conditioning. Passing through the hallway, furnished with care and with various references to a Vintage style, on the left there are the two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes and windows from which you can admire the splendid view of the countryside. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, new and perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing! Instead, on the right there is the bathroom equipped with every comfort: a shower cubicle, shampoo, shower gel, towels, hairdryer, etc. Going out onto the external space, in the farmhouse there is a private swimming pool (above ground, 8 x 4 metres) and a beautiful sports area with a basketball court and a ping-pong table!
