Apartment 107 is located in an area full of history and natural beauty in the town of Fiumicino, it’s just 50m from the beach and the cycle path where you can enjoy a splendid view and taste the local culinary delights with excellent cocktails and good wine.
The recently renovated structure has a large outdoor area surrounded by a stone fence and provided by a comfortable sink with a typical roman fountain that dispense drinking water.
The apartment has a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living room with a bed sofa, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and washing machine.
This beachfront property offers also free use of bicycles and a covered private parking.
The property is located 5 km from the International Airport Leonardo Da Vinci, 26 km from EUR Magliana Metro Station and 31 km from the St. Peter’s Basilica (Vatican city).
