Apartment Cesa Collina is situated on the sunny side of Ortisei and awaits you with elegant and high quality modern forniture and a magic view to the town and the mountains.
The apartment is located right next to the centre of Ortisei, the panoramic and sunny position , combined with proximity to the centre ,makes it a strategic location for all kinds of activities and holidays.The first supermarket, shops and restaurants are just approx. 300 metres from the house on foot
Encluded is daily free access to the near pools of the pubblic " Mar Dolomit" in Ortisei ( distance 200mt- 3 min. walk )It includes : indoor sport swimming pool, outdoor pool,Sole out door hot pool-also in winter-glazed tu.

In winter the Seceda ski lift can also be easily reached on foot, as "la Curta " escalator, which takes you to the bottom station of the cable car , is approx 300 metres from the house . There you will find the skipass and ski rental shops and the famous ski school Ortisei .
From Seceda you can access the entire Dolomiti Superski area and also reach the legendary Sellaronda.
The SUPERIOR APARTMENT ( for 2 PAX ) has one bedroom, one big and beautiful living room with balcony and beautiful view to the town and mountains , full equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower, bidet, WC . 1 reserved garage parking space in the center of Ortisei ( walking distance app. 300 metres ) is encluded . No parking possibility in front of the house only for up and download yuor lagguage .
Our clients can use our garden with sunbeds in summer time and a deposit for sporting equipment (bycicle,ski...etc.)
