It is only through our reliable cooperation that several thousand landlords trust us, for whom we realise bookings every day. +++ After booking, you will receive the booking confirmation from us on behalf of the landlord with all details of the booking, the property description and the payment information. +++ After receiving your down payment (25%) and the final payment (approx. 4-6 weeks before the start of the rental), we will send you the rental voucher with all the information for check-in. +++ In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, please cancel via the customer page of Booking. Payable on the spot: final cleaning 90 EUR per object per stay. bed linen to bring along. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 60 EUR per object per week. Bed linen (please order at booking) 15 EUR per person per first time use and changing. Pets: allowed, EUR 40.00/pet per week.
