A selection of two apartments in the same private building. Composed each by a double room, living with dining and fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Both located at second floor with no elevator An additional single bed is available in the loft. Newly decorated with AC and washing machine. WI-FI

Neighbourhood information

Santo Spirito, also known as Oltrarno, is the area where you could live like locals, it is much less touristy than other parts of the city and here you could experience the real Florence The Cathedral, the other monuments and Santa Maria Novella train station are at abut 10/15 minutes walking distance. The district is full of restaurants and bars where you could taste typical florentine food.
