The unique property is located in the city center of San Vito Lo Capo (Via Savoia 137) close to the beach (450 meters) and to all kinds of hypermarkets, shops and restaurants. The property is finely furnished and decorated. It has an exclusive terrace at the second floor with external gas kitchen and barbecue area. It has a second smaller terrace with dining table and sofa, where an external shower is also available. A double bed, two single beds and a 120cm-width bed (located in a small mezzanine). In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, and free Wifi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, a coolbox, a Nespresso coffee machine, a beach umbrella and chair.
During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful beach of San Vito, one of the finest food in the whole Sicily, and have daily excursions to the wonderful Zingaro Riserve, Egadi Islands, and Erice, among other amenities.
