We manage the building in Via Roma 16, exclusively, with 8 housing units, for several years now, from April to October. Most reservations come from "reconfirmations" of regulars, "pampered" and loyal customers. We have been working in the area for over 20 years; we deal with sales in the whole Maremma, and summer rentals in Castiglione della Pescaia;

Property information

The building is located on the pedestrian promenade of Via Roma 16, the most "top" location in Castiglione della Pescaia, very central, and 5 meters from the beach. It is renovated, equipped with an elevator, autoclave, Wi-Fi, climate in all the rooms; all the accommodations face the sea and spacious terraces in front of the beach, with table, chairs and awnings. Also part of the building is an attic with a terrace of 30 square meters, and a charming apartment with a private entrance and private "courtyard" facing the sea; The facilities are all compliant with the law. In front of the house there is both free and equipped beach with bathing establishments; ATMs, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, children's playground etc. they are all within 10/100 meters. Pets are welcome. We have, on request and for a fee, covered parking spaces closed with an automatic gate.
