Hi, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide the check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. In fact, during your stay we will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBILE EXTRA FEES: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Lavagna applies a tourist tax of 1 euro at day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: we usually accept small pets and we charge 5 euros per night for each animal. 4)Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of euro 30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours, earlier check in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for we organize, the figure could be higher.

Comfortable apartment located in Lavagna 600 meters from the train station and 500 meters from the seafront and the promenade that leads to the beaches of the Ligurian town. About ten minutes walk from the historic center and close to all services, the accommodation is ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio! The house is equipped with free wi-fi. It does NOT have private parking but there are free public parking lots in the immediate vicinity. Pets are allowed with a supplement.

The simple and quiet atmosphere, the convenience of having everything close at hand and the ease of moving to many interesting destinations make Lavagna the ideal destination for your holidays. The main artery is Via Roma, the classic city shopping street which is less than ten minutes walk from the apartment: from here you can leave for a walk in the historic center in search of historic buildings and churches or a nice little place to do a stop. The via Aurelia and the railway tracks separate the historic center from the promenade that runs parallel to the beach and starts from the characteristic tourist port of Lavagna which is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops all in the immediate vicinity. From Lavagna the closest place to reach and visit is Chiavari which is less than 2km away and can also be reached on foot or by using the numerous buses that depart from Corso Buenos Aires (the stop is 500 meters from the apartment) with a journey of 5 minutes. With short journeys by car or train you can visit symbolic places such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or moving in the other direction Moneglia, Levanto up to the splendid Cinque Terre in less than an hour. The network of paths on the hills that surround the area and which offer walks in nature with views of the coast of incredible beauty are also very popular with trekking lovers.
