Appartamento a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, 15 minuti dalla piazza centrale, contesto tranquillo e ventilato in casa famigliare contornata dagli ulivi. Si accede attraverso un tipico vicolo ligure alla zona adibita allo scarico bagagli, dopodichè raggiungeremo il parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze o quello privato(a pagamento) accessibile h 24/24 distante solo 150 metri dalla casa. Appartamento nuovo al primo piano, arredato ed attrezzato con ogni comfort. Piccolo balcone lungo tutto il perimetro. Giardino comune con gli altri appartamenti della struttura dove potrete godervi un po' di relax nei tavolini presenti in più punti o dedicarvi ad un piacevole barbecue nell'apposita area. I vostri animali sono per noi i benvenuti, vi chiederemo solo di tenerli sempre custoditi e di transitare nelle zone comuni portandoli al guinzaglio nel rispetto degli altri ospiti. Benvenuti a tutti gli ospiti!! Sono Marina ed avrò il piacere di conoscere ognuno di voi in questa che, oltre ad essere una professione di famiglia, ( quando ero piccina era Pensione GRATTAROLA) mi concede il privilegio di conoscere sempre persone nuove provenienti da ogni luogo. Cercherò di agevolare il vostro soggiorno con informazioni e indicazioni per viste a luoghi, sentieri, ristoranti ect... accettando ogni consiglio e critica che mi possa aiutare a crescere. In ultimo i vostri "animaletti" da noi saranno piacevolmente accolti.
Ci troviamo nel RIONE PIA, a 10 minuti dal mare, in zona leggermente ventilata e meno caotica con alle spalle il verde delle colline, comodo ai servizi, a soli 100 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus cittadino che volendo vi farà comodamente raggiungere FINALBORGO ritenuto uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia.. A soli 10 minuti di auto raggiungerete zone di particolare bellezza ed interesse quali , la BAIA DEI SARACENI nel vicino Varigotti, LE GROTTE DI TOIRANO e quelle di BORGIO VEREZZI. Un percorso più lungo ma altrettanto piacevole vi farà raggiungere la rinomata SANREMO.
