The house is located on a gentle hill in the village of Castiglione della Pescaia, with panoramic views of a corner of the Tuscan Maremma. The sea is about 900 meters, most of it in the plain, while the center and the medieval village about 700m. Both are easily reached on foot or by bike. The nearest supermarkets are 200 meters from the apartment.

The residential district is newly built (late 2022), a few hundred meters from the historic center, surrounded by greenery and away from urban chaos. The location of the house in a slight hill at the gates of the village center, allows you to move easily both on foot or by bicycle or electric scooter, to reach the historic center and the beach, as they are a few hundred meters away and therefore reachable in a few minutes.
