Located just a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station, this apartment is on the second floor (with elevator) of an elegant Florentine building. It features 3 double bedrooms (1 double and 2 with twin beds), 3 bathrooms, two of which have showers, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small balcony. The living area is spacious and airy, with an extendable dining table and a sofa bed. The apartment is perfect for those traveling by car, as it includes a private garage available for guests free of charge. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
