It is a fully renovated apartment while maintaining the typical Tuscan features. The ceilings are wooden beams, some portions of the walls are stone and the floor is oak parquet. E 'fully furnished and equipped with the necessary appliances. From the living room and the master bedroom it enjoys a 'broad view of the Piazza del Campo, even if not in all its entirety.
I'm an architect, I have one of restoration and design studio in the city center. I am married and have two children. I like traveling and cooking. Available to organize lunches or dinners for the guests to taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
The neighborhood in which the apartment is situated is located in one of the historic streets of the city at the Accademia Chigiana (for those who love classical music concerts), the Duomo and the Piazza del Campo (center of the city). The latter is full of restaurants and clubs. The flat is situated near the parking Il Campo and the parking lot of St. Catherine (equipped with lift escalators arriving a few hundred meters from the apartment). One of the stations of the nearest taxi to the apartment is located in the nearby Independence Square
