Finely renovated apartment, located on the second floor (without elevator, but with only two flights of stairs) within a small and typical apartment building, Ligurian style, located in front of the public beach and the sea promenade of the Pegli district, where there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores of all kinds. The interior spaces are very generous, with modern, functional and at the same time refined furnishings. Air conditioning is present both in the room and in the living area, along with an independent heating system. In the entrance hall there is a comfortable desk, ideal as a workstation. The living room features a comfortable table for four, a sofa bed and TV system. The kitchen has full equipment: induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware and dishes. The bedroom has a double bed with 190x160x25 mattress, closet with mirror and hangers, and a reading corner. Guests are allowed to engage in so-called "bookcrossing," that is, taking home a book at the end of the vacation, with a commitment to leave one for guests coming later. The generously sized bathroom has a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. There is also a pantry with cleaning supplies.

Pegli is a district of Genoa rich in greenery and cultural initiatives, with a recently restored waterfront and plenty of free parking areas. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the train station (which also serves as a surface metro service to the center of Genoa, which can be reached in15 minutes) and to the pier where the NAVE-BUS - boat-bus- docks, which leads directly to Genoa's ancient port (Pegli is the only district in Genoa with this type of service). In addition, in front of the apartment's front door there is a bus stop of bus line nr. 1, which makes its terminus in front of the Aquarium of Genoa, even at night. In Pegli there are numerous free beaches accessible throughout the year (one right in front of the apartment) and, in the summer period, there are also a number of equipped beaches available for a fee, also with a swimming pool. Among the many attractions is the well-known Villa Durazzo Pallavicini, which is absolutely worth visiting because its park, in the year 2017, was judged the most beautiful Park in Italy.
