Newly renovated 90 square meter apartment comprising: exclusive entrance, large living room air-conditioned with a double sofa bed, a bedroom complete with a double bed and a bunk bed fully air conditioned, large kitchen equipped with 4 burners, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink and many other useful cooking accessories any dish is also complete with crockery and cutlery for more than 6 people. Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV. Outside you will find a large outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an umbrella to be able to spend your breakfasts and lunches in complete privacy, enjoying the excellent Tuscan climate.

My aim is to make you spend a vacation as pleasant as possible and I will always be yours available for any questions or needs so that you feel right at home.
Structure located 50m from the central square close to all primary services and 50m from the entrance of the famous Terme di Casciana. Set in the beautiful countryside of the Tuscan hills, Casciana Terme, spa with its over a thousand years of history, one of the many small masterpieces that have been preserved. A place to feel good in healthy tranquility, in an area of ​​Tuscany not far from the Tyrrhenian Sea immersed in the peace of a nature rich in its immaculate charm. Casciana Terme is dressed up with necklaces of vineyards and generous olive groves, set in the high basin of the stream Cascina. Scattered along the slope of the Parlascio and Vivaia hills, the houses of the village house about 3700 inhabitants and compose, with the grace and timidity of the ancient countries, this small town in the province of Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany. Casciana also lends itself as a starting point for excursions to the main cities of art: VOLTERRA, PISA, LIVORNO, SIENA, SAN GIMIGNANO, FIRENZE and LUCCA. There are also numerous events, events and festivals in the area throughout the year.
