ElbaBlu Apartment is the perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The spacious and bright three-room flat is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. It is located on the first floor of a small residential building and features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. The accommodation can host up to four adults and one child. The balcony of the smaller bedroom is equipped with a washing machine, while the front balcony has a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. GUEST FACILITIES: air conditioning in the living room and the double bedroom; oven and microwave; washing machine; parking space available in the courtyard below the apartment. The ElbaBlu apartment is located at Viale dei Golfi 135 in Lacona on the island of Elba, situated in an ideal area for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The area features the famous Lacona Beach, a golden sandy stretch about 1.2 km long with a gently sloping seabed, perfect for families and children, backed by pinewoods and protected dunes with typical local flora. Nearby, there are numerous tourist facilities including bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, and centres for water sports and diving. The neighbourhood is quiet despite being tourist-friendly, making it ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay with everything within easy reach. Its central location on the island allows easy access to other well-known destinations: Capoliveri is approximately 5 km away, Portoferraio around 11 km, and Porto Azzurro about 12 km, all easily reachable by car. Lacona Beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, while Margidore Beach is around 150 metres away. Restaurants and bars for an aperitif by the sea are only 3–5 minutes on foot, offering drinks, lunches, and dinners with sea views. During your stay, a variety of activities are available: swimming and relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, diving, hiring canoes, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards, beach sports such as volleyball and beach tennis, walks in nature along trails such as Capo Stella, boat trips or hiring dinghies and sailing boats, and relaxing in the shade of the pinewoods behind the beaches. Lacona is therefore a perfect base to enjoy the sea, local amenities, surrounding nature, and to explore the island without having to travel long distances.
