The apartment is located on the second floor of an old building with an elevator, in a very central area of Florence. A discreet and quiet location, ideal for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Located on Chiasso degli Armati, a characteristic street where you can experience Renaissance Florence, the apartment is also very close to the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Ponte Vecchio. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a small living room equipped with a kitchenette that has everything you need for cooking, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also features a spacious bathroom with a shower and a charming double bedroom with exposed beams. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
